Our commitment
Pisa Financial Services is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat that as part of doing business properly, not as an optional extra.
Standard we aim for
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act in most guidance and settlements, and it is the standard this site is measured against.
Where we stand
The site was audited against WCAG 2.1 AA on 6 September 2026 and the issues found were fixed the same day. That audit covered every page and checked, among other things, colour contrast, keyboard access, heading structure, form labelling, and how errors are announced to a screen reader.
Automated testing catches only a portion of accessibility problems — commonly estimated at 30 to 40 per cent. We also check this site by keyboard, and our automated checks run against every page each time the site changes, so a fix cannot quietly regress later.
We are not claiming the site is perfect. A full independent audit including screen-reader testing has not yet been carried out. Anyone who tells you a website is permanently and completely compliant is overstating what is possible.
Known limitations
- We have not yet completed testing with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. Our screen-reader support is built to the specification rather than confirmed against each product.
- Some content on this site is supplied as documents. If you receive anything from us in a format you cannot use, tell us and we will provide it another way at no cost to you.
